Terms of Service

Assets evaluates a business idea and, if you choose to operate it, runs AI agents that produce work for that business: content and images, a landing page, outreach and support emails, analytics summaries, and strategy proposals.

The agents produce drafts and recommendations. They can also act on accounts you connect yourself, and only within the permissions you grant.

You need an account to use Assets. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done through your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and you may not use Assets on behalf of someone else without their authorization.

Evaluating an idea is free, within the limits shown on the pricing page. Operating an idea costs $19 per idea per month, billed as a subscription through Stripe. There are no credits and no revenue share.

Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes that may apply in your country. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until it is resolved.

You can stop paying for an idea at any time from the app, or cancel the whole subscription from the Stripe customer portal.

When you remove an idea from the paid plan, it keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and the next invoice is lower. The current period is not refunded. If it was the last paid idea, the subscription itself ends at the end of that period.

We do not issue partial refunds for time already billed. If you were charged in error, email us.

You may connect third-party accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, Gmail and Stripe. Connecting is your choice and per idea. You keep control: you can disconnect any account from the Settings window of an idea, which removes the stored token.

When Assets publishes a post, sends an email, or replies to a comment on your behalf, it is doing so as you, under the permissions you granted. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, and you must comply with them. We are not responsible for a platform suspending or restricting your account.

You keep ownership of the business data you enter and of the output the agents generate for you. You are free to use that output commercially.

You give us permission to process and store your data as needed to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI output is not unique to you. Similar prompts can produce similar results for other users, and we cannot guarantee that generated text or images are original or free of third-party rights. Review anything before you publish it.

You may not use Assets to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, to impersonate a person or business, to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing or infringing, or to work around the limits and permissions of a connected platform.

You are responsible for what goes out under your name, including anything an agent produces that you approve or allow to publish automatically.

Evaluations, scores, strategy proposals and legal documents produced by Assets are informational. They are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and no result is a prediction that a business will succeed. Have a qualified professional review anything that matters before you rely on it.

We may change, add or remove features. Assets depends on third-party services (including AI providers and the platforms you connect), so we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.

If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date above and notify account holders.

Assets is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
