Assets ("we", "us") helps founders validate and operate their business idea with AI agents. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Assets you agree to the practices described here.
• Account data — your email and authentication details when you sign up.
• Business data you provide — your idea, brand details, plans, content, leads and customers you enter.
• Connected accounts — when you connect a third-party account, we store the access token and basic account info needed to act on your behalf. You choose which accounts to connect, per idea:
– Instagram / Facebook (Meta): to publish the posts you approve to your own account, to read how those posts performed (reach and interactions) and how your account is growing, and to read and respond to the comments left on them.
– Gmail (Google): to send outreach and onboarding emails from your own inbox.
– Stripe: to read your revenue and customers so the agents can report and onboard.
• People who interact with your accounts — when someone comments on one of your Instagram posts, we store their username, the comment, and the reply we sent, so you have a record of what was answered on your behalf. We do not build profiles of these people and we do not use their data for anything other than showing you and handling that conversation.
We use your data only to run the product you asked for: generating plans and content, and — when you connect an account — publishing, sending, or reading data on your behalf. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content of your connected accounts for advertising.
To generate text and images, business and content data may be processed by AI providers (such as OpenAI) solely to produce your output.
When you connect a platform, your use of it is also governed by that platform's terms and privacy policy, including Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Google, and Stripe. We access only the permissions you grant and use them only for the features described above.
We keep your data while your account is active. Access tokens for a connected account are stored until you disconnect it or delete the related idea. You can disconnect any account at any time from the Settings window of an idea, which removes the stored token.
Data pulled from a connected platform, including post metrics and the comments on your posts, is deleted along with the idea it belongs to.

Connection secrets (such as your Stripe key) are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the systems that operate your agents.
